Welcome to Ek Safar (“we,” “us,” “our,” “EkSafar”). By booking a tour, using our website, or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• All bookings are subject to availability of seats, transport, and accommodation.
• Participants must provide accurate personal information (name, CNIC/ID, contact details) at the time of booking.

2. Payments

• Full or partial advance payment (as specified per tour) is required to secure your spot.
• Remaining balance must be cleared before the departure date, as communicated by our team.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, JazzCash/EasyPaisa, or other methods shared by EkSafar.
• Prices listed are per person unless otherwise stated and may vary based on group size, season, or accommodation type.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before departure are eligible for a partial refund (advance payment may be non-refundable).
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are not eligible for a refund.
• In case EkSafar cancels a tour due to insufficient participants, weather, security concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• No refunds will be given for no-shows or early departure from a tour already in progress.

4. Trip Changes & Itinerary

• EkSafar reserves the right to modify the itinerary, route, or activities due to weather conditions, road closures, security advisories, or other factors beyond our control.
• Every effort will be made to provide equivalent alternatives in such cases.
• Departure and return times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or logistical reasons.

5. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must be physically fit for the nature of the tour (trekking, camping, jeep safaris, etc.) unless otherwise stated.
• Participants must follow the instructions of tour guides and staff at all times for safety.
• Any illegal activity, misconduct, or behavior that endangers the group may result in removal from the tour without refund.
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.

6. Health & Safety

• Participants with medical conditions must inform EkSafar in advance.
• EkSafar is not liable for pre-existing medical conditions that worsen during the trip.
• Basic first aid will be available, but participants are encouraged to carry personal medication if required.
• Travel/medical insurance is recommended and is the responsibility of the participant unless explicitly included in the package.

7. Liability

• EkSafar acts as a facilitator for transport, accommodation, and activities and is not liable for loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• EkSafar is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

8. Photography & Media

• EkSafar may capture photos/videos during tours for promotional use on our website and social media.
• Participants who do not wish to be featured must inform our team in writing prior to the tour.

9. Age & Minors

• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, unless the tour is specifically organized for a school/institution with proper authorization.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
